Of course I'm stretching the truth a bit but the facts remain that every so called expert thinks that their tips for bodybuilding are the best and that's the way it will always be. And, like the gurus before me, the tips I'm going to share with you today I feel are the best so please understand that I'm a bit biased with my words!

The first thing that anyone needs to do in order to get the body they want is the simplest thing of all - preparation. In other words, you must decide on your goals and how serious you are in achieving them or you are doomed to fail. A cut and sculpted body starts at home, in the quiet of your mind. What you do at the gym is just a result of the plan that you already prepared in advance.

In terms of tips for bodybuilding success, having a mental attitude is the #1 tip in the world. There is no successful bodybuilder that didn't start out with an amazing mental attitude which led to consistent action for many, many years. They look forward to each workout and they are excited before (and during) their workouts. Are they ALWAYS excited? No, of course not. But, they CHOOSE to be excited so that their actions are consistent and pure!

The next tips for bodybuilding success is to visualize what you want to be when you grow up. In other words, what exactly do you want your arms, chest and legs to look like? Who are you trying to duplicate? Cut out pictures, look at them every day and retrain yourself to "see" your new body before it ever happens. Believe it before you achieve it!

The final tips for bodybuilding success is to train your mind as much as you train your body. In other words, keep your mind sharp by doing exercises outside of the gym. Read books, do crossword puzzles, sudoku challenges and anything you can to keep your brain sharp. Then, expand your skill sets by learning about the latest physical tips for bodybuilding and also the world of nutrition. If you are serious about your body you will learn everything you can about it!
